American – reservations must be made through ABA Egencia link below.

With ABA Egencia, you can automatically obtain ABA negotiated airfare discounts of up to generally 2 to 15% on United, Delta and American. The percentage of the discount is directly tied to the price of the fare. The fares shown have the discount factored. First class bookings are eligible for the discounts. There is also a mandatory booking fee of $8 per ticket when using Egencia, but not when booking directly with the airline.

Click here to self-register and start booking. At self-registration, please check ACREL from the “select your traveler group”. Once you have completed the self-registration, the ABA Travel Director will approve and you will be sent booking instructions via email. At a maximum, the approval will take 24 hours.”

Wardrobe Notes

The attire for programs, seminars and meetings is business casual.  The attire for daytime activities and tours is casual, or as appropriate for the activity.  The attire for evening activities and educational sessions is a bit dressier; we suggest business casual or cocktail attire.

Photography

Note that photographs may be taken at ACREL events. By participating, you agree to allow your photo to be taken and used in all media, including online, for purposes that support the College. They will not be sold or otherwise used in any commercial endeavor.
